  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Processing may be delayed during sale periods or if additional verification is required.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro cities usually faster).
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available — additional charges apply). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, holidays, or external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on order weight, delivery pin code, and chosen method. Free shipping offers (if applicable) are automatically applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order is shipped. Track your order using the provided link or via your account on our website.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned. We will contact you for re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India. Certain items may have restrictions based on location or regulations.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect packages at delivery. Refuse damaged shipments and inform us immediately. Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier.
